Yinka Afuwape
A Pastor overseeing community and outreach within community church based in Brent called Joy House London. His is qualified teacher with Bsc in Chemistry and Msc in Business. He has successfully exited street and gang culture, and has sought to put as much back into support members of the community in need of education and guidance.
He is also chair and coordinator of a major church network in the area involved in outreach and community activism.
He and his wife Bibian Afuwape lead a organisation called Goshen Jet
What we do?
Programme design , delivery and implementation
Deliver educational and health workshops to the underprivileged, marginalised , rejected and needy.
The work is based in the borough of Brent but we also work in other North Western areas and do humanitarian work in Africa and other nations is in the world.
We are currently running education and integration into education workshops with those within institutions and with offenders ,ex-offenders , gang members and those disengaged with education.
Intervention
Pastor Yinka and his team also work with those that have left school and have difficulty fitting into mainstream educational by providing training and innovative approaches to teaching mainstream subjects.

All with a focus on bringing the gospel and have the intention of bringing them to Christ whist empowering people educationally and in the area of health at the same time.

Pastor Yinka has 7 years of teaching experience delivering tutoring in the areas of the sciences including: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and also Maths. His services have helped local young people get contacts in education, careers, universities apprenticeships and charity work.
We also provide educational mentoring and advisory support for more mature students including their involvement in post 16 Education, training and apprenticeship.
